PRETTY DETACHED COTTAGE IN 75 ACRES WITH FISHING The cottage is a small detached bungalow which stands alone within the grounds of The Old Thatched Manor House. The cottage has its own secluded gardens and is walking distance from the village with its 2 pubs, post office and shop. The historic town of Barnstaple with its shops and leisure centre is 5 minutes away and you will also be within a short car journey of the many attractions in the area which include Exmoor, Cobbaton Combat Museum, Watermouth Castle, Quince Honey Farm as well as the many sandy family beaches. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 bunk room. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV, Freeview, DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen area includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Further freezer space available. Utility room: outside with washing machine and tumble dryer.
