LOVELY VIEWS OVER THE SEA TOWARDS TORBAY This spacious first floor apartment situated in a quiet area, has extensive, uninterrupted views of Torbay and Lyme Bay. Just a ten minute stroll from Shoalstone beach with free outdoor swimming pool, Breakwater beach and the BerryHead Country Park with lovely walks and views across Torbay and the English Channel. The harbour and town with shops and restaurants are just 15 minutes walk, but if you prefer, the bus service, (which runs on time), stops 2 minutes from the apartment. There is a ferry service to Torquay, be amazed by the beautiful coastline, and if you are lucky you will see the dolphins that regularly follow the ferry. Relax with a drink and enjoy the views and sunset from the balcony or communal gardens. Ideally placed to explore the whole area including Dartmouth, with its historical naval college, Agatha Christie's estate, the beautiful town of Totnes on the river Dart, all just a short drive away. Plymouth with its Hoe and Barbican is a little further as is Exeter with its magnificent Cathedral and quayside. Or stay closer to home and explore Brixham which is steeped in history. Fishing trips leave from the harbour, or just enjoy watching the trawlers returning with their catches of fresh fish. Whatever your choice, you will not be disappointed. With sea views from all windows and the balcony offering TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV, DVD and Freeview, patio doors leading to the large balcony (care with small children must be taken). Kitchen: modern fully-equipped with a double oven/grill, separate hob, built-in fridge/freezer and microwave. Outside: communal gardens. Amenities: private car park with allocated parking space. Additional info: there is no cot or highchair supplied but you are welcome to bring your own, however it will be a cosy fit in the double room.
