Situated in the charming town of St Just (the most Westerly in England), you can enjoy a stroll to one of the five public houses in the evenings or partake in a game of golf at the Cape Cornwall Golf and Country Club with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and spa. West Cornwall is laced with a network of footpaths that can be explored along with a variety of steep cliffs, gentle bays and harbours. The open-plan, studio-style accommodation is approached through the garden, entering into a contemporary space with polished maple flooring and offers a Lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area: with two black leather recliners and footstools, flat screen TV and DVD. A well-equipped maple kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge with ice compartment and dining area. The bedroom area offers a super-king-size designer bed (a creation of the owner) with black inlay detail and can slide apart to create twin beds. The detail carries through to the sliding door of the shower room: with WC and the spacious wardrobe/storage area. Outside: enclosed lawn garden and paved area with seating. Amenities: free parking in the village car park approximately 200 yards walk, unloading near the property. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. No smoking or pets inside the property. Regret not suitable for babies or small children. Additional info: use of the owner's washing machine. It is close to the sea yet within easy walking distance of St Just with its numerous amenities. The Cornish Coastal Path is a two minute walk and offers spectacular scenery and views in an area renowned for its birds and wildlife. The quiet cove of Porth Nanven is a short walk from the property, perfect for morning swims or evening barbecues. Large sandy surfing beaches (Whitesand Bay, Gwynver) only a 5-mile drive. Shops ½ mile.
