Axmouth is a short distance from the popular location of Seaton, which can be reached down the river that is rich in wildlife and a regular haunt for species of migrating birds, such as the Osprey. Seaton is based around the pebbled beach, and enjoys fantastic views of the Jurassic Coast, and also benefits from a wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants to suit all palates. A must visit when in this area is the tram that still operates seasonally throughout the year, and slowly meanders up the river taking in some of the hidden gems of this countryside. If you fancy travelling slightly further afield, the Jurassic Coast is just a short drive, with Lyme Regis only 6 miles from your doorstep, and as the name suggests, artefacts are regularly being unearthed from the Jurassic period. This charming cottage offers THREE bedrooms: 1 master double offering en-suite shower room with WC, and a further 2 twin rooms situated on the first floor making the most of the river views. The family bathroom is also situated on the first floor with bath with shower over and WC. The spacious ground floor offers two lounges, the main lounge has a wood burner, ample comfy seating and TV with DVD and Freeview. The spacious second lounge designed to double up as a play room, enjoys TV and DVD with a shower room and WC just off. The kitchen with its in-keeping cottage design has ornamental Rayburn cooker, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and integrated fridge, and a separate utility with washing machine and freezer. The enclosed garden is to the rear of the property and offers a patio area with garden furniture, BBQ and grassed area. Off-road parking for two cars.
