Blackgang Chine and Compton Bay within 10 minutes’ drive; Shanklin and Ventnor with sandy beaches, 15 minutes away. Ideally located for walking, cycling, riding, sailing, swimming or sunbathing. Shops and pub 100 yards. Spacious open plan living room leading into sitting room. Large, open-plan kitchen/dining room with classic fitted units, double oven and French doors to rear secluded courtyard garden. Open staircase with open-tread stairs to first floor: Two double bedrooms; one with 5ft bed, one with sleigh bed. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with electric shower over Victorian-style roll-top bath.
