A warm and cosy retreat, it has been decorated and furnished with flair and enjoys sole use of a sitting-out area. A 1½-mile walk, through Trust woodland, leads to the coast at Marsland Mouth, with its beautiful combe and river. Sandy beach 5 miles, and riding stables 100 yards. Fishing close by. Bude (10 miles) for shops, leisure centre, tennis, golf and beach. Shops 4 miles, pub 1½ miles. Farmhouse-style kitchen with double doors to living room with wood-burning stove. Double bedroom with four-poster bed. Twin bedroom with sloping ceiling. Bathroom/wet room with toilet (separate access from both bedrooms).
