Accommodation overview: IDYLLIC RURAL LOCATION CLOSE TO COASTLINE Approached via a long private driveway, the cottage is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with 27 acres of land to explore including a pets corner with sheep, ducks and chickens, and gardens which feature in the National Garden Scheme. Formerly a working mill, the land borders the River Dipple and is surrounded by beautiful Devon countryside. The coastline and rock pool beach at Bucks Mills is a 10 minute drive and offers access to National Trust cliff-top walks. There are also long sandy surfing beaches within easy reach at Westward Ho! and Bude. There are a range of attractions nearby to suit all tastes which include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way and Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets. In the evenings, relax in the enclosed patio area or enjoy a meal in the village inn which is a 5 minute drive. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 large double and 1 twin. Bathroom: upstairs with electric shower over bath and WC.
