Just yards from the beach and sea, this delightful holiday cottage has its own small paved garden. The end one of a little row , it is set in the heart of St Mawes, within walking distance of shops, inns and restaurants, as well as tennis, sailing and windsurfing. Lovely scenic coastal walks and summer boat trips locally. A passenger ferry runs from the town to Falmouth all year round. Shops 200 yards. Ground floor: Double bedroom (5ft bed) with en-suite bathroom with hand-held shower attachment and toilet. Twin bedroom. Shower room with toilet. First floor: Large and airy open-plan living/dining room and fitted kitchen area. Door to shared balcony with sea views and access down steps to small paved garden.
