A bird-watcher’s paradise, this first floor holiday apartment boasts spectacular views over the salt marshes and is only a few minutes’ walk from the sea. Set above the owners’ property, it is ideal for visiting Blakeney, with its fishermen’s cottages huddled along narrow streets, and Blakeney Point (NT), a nature reserve for birds and seals. Cley-next-the-sea, (Georgian) Holt and Sheringham are close. Notable to visit are the NT properties Blickling and Felbrigg Halls and Sheringham Park; also Holkham’s vast sandy beach with its pine forest. The area has many good pubs and restaurants. Shop, café and pub 300 yards. Twelve steps to first floor entrance: Living/dining area with sloping ceiling, Velux windows, views over the salt marshes, and small modern fitted kitchen area. Double bedroom with sloping ceiling. Shower room. Separate toilet.
