Situated just 200 yards from the sandy beach of Cromer, this pretty coloured town house is the end one of a row and lies within easy walking distance of the pier, promenade and the town centre with its wealth of shops, cafes and restaurants. It has been delightfully furnished and well equipped and has a small enclosed seating courtyard. Cromer boasts carnival week (held during the third week of August), an RNLI lifeboat station and museum, an 18-hole cliff-top golf course as well as promenade gardens and pier with theatre hosting regular concerts and featuring visiting performers. West Runton is 3 miles and Sheringham 5 miles. Shop and pub 200 yards. Open-plan kitchen/dining room with gas/electric Range cooker and door to courtyard. Separate toilet.
