Pelican Cottage, one of a pair, is a delightful Victorian fisherman’s cottage which has been updated to a very high standard; it is located in the heart of Aldeburgh high street with its wide range of restaurants, including a famous fish and chip shop, designer boutiques, art galleries and coffee shops. The beach is less than a minute’s stroll and there are glimpses of the sea from the front of the holiday cottage. Aldeburgh, famous for its connections with the composer Benjamin Britten, also has an independent cinema, summer theatre, sailing, golf and tennis. Shops 10 yards, pub 20 yards. Living room with feature Victorian fireplace and wooden floor. Kitchen/dining room with laminate floor. Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet.
