Approached along a lane and surrounded by fields and thickets, this delightful ground floor holiday apartment boasts a very peaceful setting and is just 5 minutes’ drive from a wonderful sandy beach. As comfortable as it is well-furnished, it stands adjoining the owners’ 17th-century farmhouse within their large shared gardens. A cosy retreat for any time of the year, with a profusion of cliff, beach and moorland paths for walkers to enjoy – why not start with the coastline’s Heritage Trail. Four golf courses within a 30-minute drive. Water sports, fishing, canoeing and bird-watching at Tamar Lakes (7 miles). Shop and pub 1 mile. Open-plan living/dining room with elec ‘wood-burner’ in stone fireplace, beams and modern fitted kitchen with door to garden. Double bedroom with 6ft bed (zip & link).
