Set in the peaceful village of Scremerston and just 2 miles from both Cocklawburn's sandy beach and the ancient town of Berwick-upon-Tweed this wonderful cottage offers a delightful base for a relaxing holiday break. Converted from stables adjoining the owners' home and enjoying its own private courtyard garden and gated driveway with so much to explore from many sandy beaches castles wonderful walks and the wilderness of the Northumberland National Park all within 30 minutes drive. Berwick as well as boasting impressively preserved Elizabethan ramparts and a good selection of cafes bars and restaurants is also home to a station from which visitors can take a 45 minute train journey to the vibrant cities of Edinburgh and Newcastle. Pub 500 yards shop 1½ miles.
