QUAINT COTTAGE IN CENTRE OF TRADITIONAL NORTH DEVON VILLAGE. REGRET NO BABIES OR CHIDREN UNDER 4 YEARS This delightful, end terraced cottage offers a taste of life in the village of Woolsery and is less than a minute from the village inn. The pub serves a good range of food to enjoy and there is also a shop and takeaway close by. Enjoy some lovely countryside walks from the village or venture further afield to Bucks Mills which is a 10 minute drive and gives you access to some delightful National Trust cliff-top walks, as well as a rock pool and shingle beach to explore. There are also a choice of long, sandy, surfing beaches in North Cornwall and Devon. Attractions worth a visit include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Dartington Crystal and Bude with its Splash pool and canal. In the evenings, enjoy a glass of wine on the bench in your enclosed, suntrap garden area. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double, approached through a landing area, with additional single if required. Shower room: downstairs with WC. Lounge/diner: with TV, DVD, hi-fi and wood burner. Kitchen: galley-style, equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Outside: small, enclosed garden area. Amenities: roadside parking. Bed linen, electric and electric heating included. 1 dog welcome. Regret no babies or children under 4 years of age. Additional info: regret no washing machine.
